Biographies

In Literacy we have recently written a biography based on the life and achievements of Greta

 Thunberg. We read ‘Little People, Big Dreams’ based on her life. We researched key information about her successes and the hurdles Greta has faced.

We turned our research into a factual and formal biography as can been seen here. This linked into our Integrity work as well

as our Geography little question ‘How can I help my local environment?’.

Non-Chronological Reports

This week we are looking at writing a non-chronological report on dragons! The children are very excited as this links to our class text, The boy who grew dragons. In our first lesson, we have designed our own dragon and picked out some key verbs, adverbs, nouns and adjectives.
